Henry Technologies Holdings, LLC, ("Henry Technologies") a leading fabricator of heat exchangers and pressure vessels for industrial refrigeration and energy markets today announced the acquisition of the assets of Shell & Tube, LLC a leading fabricator of shell and tube heat exchangers principally used in the oil, gas and petrochemical refining industries.
Shell & Tube, LLC has been renamed Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, LLC.

Having a fabrication plant in the Houston and Gulf of Mexico area has been a priority for us to better serve our customers and expand our sales in a strategically important area. The Shell & Tube plant will also be complimentary to our state-of-the art fabrication plant in Brantford, Ontario. Both plants will serve the oil, gas, petrochemical, energy and industrial refrigeration markets."
